Karshi State University Student Excels in Erasmus+ Program
A 4th-year student from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Zarina Maxmanazarova, specializing in English Philology and Language Teaching, has been awarded a prestigious grant under the Erasmus+ KA171 International Credit Mobility project, announced by the European Union. She is continuing her studies during the Fall semester of the 2024/2025 academic year at the University of Jaén in Spain.
Under the mentorship of Professors Jesús López-Peláez Casellas and Yolanda Aceituno Caballero from the Department of English Philology at the University of Jaén, Zarina is working on a course paper in English Literature. She recently presented her findings and a corresponding presentation to the university’s faculty members and students, showcasing her research and academic achievements.
For context, the University of Jaén is recognized as one of the top 1,000 universities globally and holds a prestigious position among Spain’s leading educational institutions.
