Biography

Oybek Kuziyev was born in 1979 in Karshi, Kashkadarya region. He graduated from Karshi State University in 2005. He began his career in 2000 as a psychologist at Karshi Medical College, where he later held positions as a psychology teacher, deputy director, and head of department. Since 2021, he served as the head of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality, and Enlightenment at Karshi State University. As of January 18, 2024, he has been appointed First Vice-Rector for Youth Issues and Spiritual-Educational Affairs.
