INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE

INFORMATION LETTER

In accordance with Order No. 490 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 27, 2024, “On Approving the Plans for Scientific and Scientific-Technical Events at the International and National Levels in 2025”, an International Scientific-Practical Conference on “Green Energy and Economics” will be held at Karshi State University on May 2-3, 2025, organized by the Departments of Economics and Industrial Engineering.
Conference Sections:

3.      Renewable Energy Sources

4.      Innovative Technologies

5.      Development of New Materials

Working Languages of the Conference:Uzbek, Russian, English.

Requirements for Article Formatting:

• Must follow the IMRAD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion).

• All references must be fully cited.

• The list of references should be given in the form of [1], [2], [3] or in the form of a footnote, according to the ordinal number of in-text citations, and its accuracy must be ensured;

• The author’s full name, academic degree, and institutional affiliation (university or workplace) must be clearly indicated.

• A high-quality professional photograph of the author should be included.

• The author’s contact information, including a phone number, must be provided.

• The author must register for a free ORCID ID (linked to their email) and include it.

• Abstracts should be 3-5 pages, and full articles should be 5-10 pages.

The conference proceedings will be published on the university’s official website, and copies will be sent to the authors.

Submission and Conference Details:

Deadline for Submission: April 1, 2025

Conference Dates: May 2-3, 2025

Participation: Both in-person and online participation are available.

Publication: Conference materials will be published in the “Green Economy and Development” (https://yashil-iqtisodiyot-taraqqiyot.uz/journal/index.php/GED) electronic journal (recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission - OAK) and in the conference proceedings.

Selected articles will be published in Scopus-indexed journals after plagiarism checks and editorial review (no additional fee required).

Publication Fee: 200,000 UZS per article or thesis.

Payment should be made only after acceptance of the article.

Online Participants: Will receive a free digital copy of the proceedings.
