KarSU Dominates Regional Wrestling Championship with 12 Victories

On January 16, the wrestling hall of Karshi State University hosted the regional championship of the “Universiade-2024” national sports competition. The event brought together nearly 100 student-athletes from 8 higher education institutions to compete in wrestling. Male participants competed across 7 weight categories, while female participants contested in 8 weight categories.

Notably, after a series of intense and competitive matches, 12 students from Karshi State University emerged victorious, securing the top positions on the podium.
