Exploring French Culture Through Gastronomy: A Live Culinary Experience

The Head of the French Language and Literature Department, Aziza Zoirova, together with French expert Lucie Philippe Renée, organized an engaging presentation titled “La gastronomie française”. The event aimed to introduce students to the history, culture, and traditions of France, the language they are studying.

In addition to the presentation on the preparation of traditional French dishes, a live culinary masterclass was conducted, showcasing the art of French cuisine. Students had the opportunity to not only learn about the intricacies of French gastronomy in theory but also observe the preparation of exquisite dishes in practice.
